Have had an interesting pattern pop up over the last couple of days.
I would find a new source of information and those new-to-me ideas and concepts would throw me into a worry and doubt filled tail spin.
I binged on the new information
It used to happen a lot with health information. I would be feeling pretty sure and confident in how I would be progressing with what I was eating. Then I would read a book or article that often opposed that I was doing with convincing information and testimonials.
I would proceed to binge watch and read all about the new info until I was totally confused and feeling awful as I felt unsure, conflicted and unable to take a step forward due to over analysis. And in the last 2 days, this pattern arose again. This time, not with food info but with spiritual teachings.
As much as I enjoy opening my mind to new ways of seeing or approaching things, I was surprised how much it threw me. Threw me right off my good feeling vibe and down into the muddy waters of now I don’t know WHAT to think. Do. Believe! I felt paralyzed with doubt and fear.
And part of this I recognize as a good thing. It’s helpful to be triggered or to have your awareness expanded or have ingrained beliefs challenged and examined. Well, it’s all good really. All emotions and feelings are valid.Nevertheless, I felt confused and crappy. And I didn’t like it.
I drifted away from my own guidance into confusion and overwhelm
I quickly realized it wasn’t because the information may have been different or new or conflicting, I felt crappy because I deviated from my OWN inner information. My own intuition. My own clarity that comes from feeling what resonates truly and beautifully with me. My soul. My higher self. I drifted from my alignment.
What I was listening to was unhelpful to me. Not because the information wasn’t valid, but because it made me doubt my own knowing.
So I stopped the binge watching and reading. Acknowledged and noticed my lack of clarity and my fear that I was living my life, and therefore that I, was wrong. I let these feelings be. Without pushing them down. And then I asked myself: what do I know. What feels true to ME. What do I feel the resonance of truth with.
I tuned back into my own intuition.
And it reminded me that I believe in love. In unconditional acceptance and love. In the following of joy. In the belief that ultimately I am my own authority as I have my OWN connection to spirit/infinite intelligence.
(Which is ultimately what the teachings I were listening to were pointing to anyway)
So, my message to you today is the same as I give myself (as always. You know I write these post to process my own stuff right? 🙂 )
Take in new info, sure. Be open and willing to examine your beliefs.
But feel free to take or leave what is helpful based on what feels true and right for YOU (including this message.).
Connect with your OWN knowing. You own inner compass.
And I give you full permission to disregard what doesn’t deeply resonate with you.
Giving myself this permission too.
Today, I found such relief in the knowing that what is happening right here, right now is temporary. Not only temporary but an essential part of my journey to where I want to be and what I want to do in life.
Where you are right now is an essential part of your journey.
How do I know it is essential? Because it’s HAPPENING. I am living it. It must be a step on my journey because I am where I am and there is no going back and eliminating this step, my CURRENT step on my path. It’s here. That moment has passed now, so it’s a part of my journey. Oh and here is a new moment. Woop, that one just passed too. Therefore that was another step on my path. YOUR LIFE RIGHT HERE AND NOW IS A PERFECT AND NECESSARY STEP ON YOUR PATH. All is well. You are not off track.
Where you are right now is temporary
Where I am is part of my journey. And where I am is also TEMPORARY. Nothing in our lives is forever. Each and every thing is temporary and is in fact, constantly changing (it just often changes to something very similar until we change our internal state enough to create external changes we can easily recognize as different. Parallel realities and physics people. Google multiverse if you are so inclined).
So I asked myself, if where I am is temporary and necessary and OK and just IS what it IS AND I know that what I desire is not only possible but a DONE DEAL vibrationally (Yo! The universe knows what you want and has that all done and sorted for you)…
Knowing all that, What would I do?
Well, I would chill for one. Secondly, because its temporary (and it’s HAPPENING whether I want it or not), I might as well just enjoy it as it is right now.
Like being on an airplane on the way to a holiday destination. Now, I don’t really like to fly. It’s OK but I would defiantly prefer to skip the plane bit and be teleported instead (haven’t quite managed to manifest that ability yet 😉). I do however accept it as a necessary and temporary part of my journey. And so I do my best to make the most of it. To focus on what I DO enjoy. The being able to sit back and do nothing. Read a book. Daydream. I appreciate my journey being taken care of as I relax and allow myself to be carried across the sky.
Making the most of where you are is key
And that is the KEY. Making the MOST of where you are right now. Meaning, feel the best you can feel in your here and now moment. And no, that is not just some a nice sounding sentiment, it is SUPER important, 1. Because it feels better to do so (and all we really want it to feel good in our lives) and 2. because how you feel is what CREATES your life.
You see, if you don’t make the most of your now moment, if you don’t deliberately alter your emotional state, that is your vibrational state, towards what you prefer it to be INDEPENDENTLY of this temporary and necessary circumstance, nothing can change.
Your life reflects your internal state
Your life is a REFLECTION of your internal state. So whatever you are feeling in response to your here and now is what you are attracting and allowing more of into your life. You’ve GOT to make the most of where you are in order for where you are to shift and change to what you PREFER it to be.
And you always have a choice. You can hate the plane trip, or you can enjoy it a little more. And sure, liking the plane ride doesn’t mean you will magically manifest being at your chosen destination instantly, but it DOES positively impact what happens on the rest of your journey to the degree that you can shift and maintain your positive feeling emotion.
I find KNOWING that the situation is temporary and OK (as it is obviously a necessary part of my journey) is enough to start shifting any negative feeling I have about my current life in the direction of feeling good.
Where you are is merely a reflection of your past thoughts.
Knowing that I am still on my path and that my here and now is simply a reflection of my past thoughts, beliefs and vibrational state and need not impact, or be an indication of, what I am manifesting in the future, feels good.
These ideas are soothing to me. They help me shift towards a state of being that benefits me not only right now, but in a multitude of ways in my future as my life circumstances reflect how I am feeling.
So to recap, and message summed up for you:
Where you are is OK.
Your current circumstance is TEMPORARY.
You are not off your path.
You are where you are.
It WILL change.
Do the best you can to make the most of it and feel a little better right now.
You are doing so very well.

I don’t think you really get it.
How POWERFUL, how IMPORTANT, how EVERYTHING your now moment is.
I don’t think it’s really hitting you the way it ought to .
And that’s OK, you are allowed not to get it.
But don’t you WANT to?
Don’t you WANT to really understand and realize how MIGHTY you’re here and now, present feeling, present state, present vibration IS.
Because what you are doing now (and now, and now…) is what you are attracting more of.
What you are thinking now, what you are feeling now, what you are believing now, doing now, speaking now, expecting now, accepting now.
Your NOW is creating your next moment. Your day. Your LIFE.
And you may worry, Oh no, I have had so many crappy nows’. I had a really negative feeling now just a moment ago. I had a bad day yesterday. There was this thing that happened years ago and it was really fucking hard and was a whole shit storm of now moments that were crap. I am screwed!
And to that I say,
You aren’t broken. You aren’t damaged. You aren’t stuck.
Not to say that doesn’t matter in the way that yes, it does have some impact on what it EASIER for you to think, believe and feel,
But it doesn’t matter in that way that it doesn’t EFFECT the power and possibility of your NOW and the future you can create.
That is what I mean by saying your NOW is so important.
You see, those crappy moments, even if they JUST happened, are ALL READY in the past. They are all ready done and gone. You are ALL READY in a new NOW moment. Now and Now and NOW.
You can say, so what!? To those past moments.
Because you choose to know that all that really matter is what you choose now,
What thought you choose NOW ( you can CHOOSE a thought you know)
What direction you choose to lean towards NOW (feeling better or feeling worse)
What you decide to say out loud NOW (or the choice to say nothing at all and not put any more energy into words that’s won’t help you).
What I am really trying to say is,
Your past, whether that be you childhood or your year so far or 2 minutes ago, does NOT affect what is POSSIBLE and what you CAN create and allow into your life.
You can get to where you want to go from wherever you are.
But you HAVE to choose to head there.
You have to choose a NOW that is DIFFERENT, if only slightly (because that’s often all you can do, and THAT IS ENOUGH), from the previous now that created THIS now moment.
You’ve got to change your now moment FIRST in order to change ANYTHING (and EVERYTHING).
All your power is in your now.
Will you use it?
It’s OK to make it easy on yourself. To let it be EASY to feel happy.
I know you are learning that can CHOOSE to be happy and you are practicing not NEEDING things to be a certain way in order to feel good.
But that doesn’t mean you can’t walk the easy path.
Doesn’t mean you can’t go for that swim or buy that thing or get that massage or say no to that social event or eat that food if it HELPS you to feel better.
You don’t have to just leave things as they ARE or do things you really don’t want to do because you think you SHOULD be able to just do them and make yourself feel happy no matter what.
TAKE THE EASY ROAD. Take the fun road. Take the pleasurable road.
Do what feels good! It’s OK! It’s OK to have preferences and things you DON’T like.
And it’s OK to choose to avoid those food or places or people or tasks that don’t lend to you feeling wonderful.
Of course, don’t KID YOURSELF that it’s the dress or the phone or the relationship or the different job or the superfood or the trip away that MAKES you feel amazing. That you MUST HAVE it in order to be happy.
Don’t TRAP YOURSELF into believing you NEED certain circumstances or objects to feel how you want to feel.
Don’t BE one of THOSE people who thinks they will be happy WHEN….. (more…)
Sometimes it hits me square on. BAM!
The totality of it. The knowing that what I BELIEVE impacts EVERY ASPECT aspect of my life. How my whole world is perceptual. How each and every piece of my life, no matter how large or tiny, is effected by, and is what it IS, because of how I think and feel about it.
The complete and totally responsibility of it feels CRUSHING at times. Too large to comprehend. Too overwhelming. TOO MUCH RESPONSIBILITY knowing that EVERYTHING comes in response to my vibration, my thought patterns, my energy state.
And in those moments, I start thinking it would be so much easier to be unaware of all that. To put my head in the sand and pretend that reality is PURELY about what I can SEE. That what is true is ONLY what is physically tangible.
I start thinking that maybe ignorance is bliss. That maybe it would be nicer to just float though life, responding to what’s happening around me. Not knowing I have CONTROL. Not knowing I directly and massively IMPACT what is unfolding around me. Not knowing I am powerful.

You may not be sure WHAT it means, the word alignment, but I know for sure you have EXPERIENCED it. For example;
When you are feeling really in the ZONE. Whether that be when inspiration just seems to flow though you as you do some kind of creative work. Or maybe when you are dancing, or running or playing a sport and you get totally absorbed in what you are doing. You feel free and flowing and in sync.
Or when you are having a really great day. When things seem to be going so smoothly, you get crazy efficient, things click into place, people who normally annoy you seem to be amusing on those days or you feel a level of understanding towards them and are able to shrug off and see behind their normally irritating features.
Or when you have those unexpected moments in the middle of playing with your child or hanging out with your best friends or looking at something beautiful. Your mind kind of stops for a moment and for a few seconds, you feel a wave of appreciation, deep presence and love wash over you. A few moments of Wow, I really LOVE this.
Feeling those in flow, in love, in sync, content, inspired, ease-full, fun, beautiful, content, eager, energized, sure, clear, GOOD FEELING emotions is feedback telling you you are in ALIGNMENT.

I am a crazy person
If you could hear what goes on in my head, and sometimes you can cause I say it out loud to help me focus, you would think I was crazy.
I felt frustrated, discouraged, overwhelmed and hopeless. Thoughts rushed though my head, not happy ones! And they were getting more and more negative. They were extrapolating into other subjects.
Was time to turn that ship around! So I start picking other thoughts. I talk myself down off the negatively ledge. I get angry. That’s feels a bit better. I get annoyed. That feels a bit better than angry. I get pessimistic. That feels a bit better.
Now that I am there, more neutral thoughts are able to creep in. I feel a bit calmer. More accepting. I cry a little as the resistance releases. Now that I am a bit more clear headed, I physically get up and change location. I decide to drop letting the situation be a reason to not feel good. I decide I will not let a change of ‘plans’ or my child or my unhelpful beliefs be an EXCUSE for not being who I really am..
I read some uplifting posts. I speak out loud to myself, choosing which feels better out of two similar thoughts. I feel good now. Calm. Content. Relaxed. Happy. I snap a pic so I can share the crazy (and the cute double baby chin) and write a post because I am now feeling all inspired and productive.
From crap to BACK on track. From anger to tears to calm to happy.
Within 10 minutes.
A roller coaster ride. One that’s mostly fun. One that is thrilling.
Which is the point of a rollercoaster right? To be fun and thrilling. Exciting and enlivening.
MOST people would think that’s crazy to notice and feel and change your emotional state like that.
MOST find it WEIRD, the idea of doing the deliberate work of choosing your thoughts, therefore choosing your vibrational state and therefore choosing what you attract and how your life unfolds.
MOST people don’t DO that.
And MOST people aren’t all that happy.
So I choose to be crazy.
I choose to be weird
I choose to be happy.
YOU ARE A SORCERESS. You are POWERFUL, You conjure your reality. You create your life. You allow MAGIC. You ARE magic.
YOU ARE A SORCERESS. You create your life simply by the power of your focus, intention and attention. You MOLD your reality with the deliberate selection of your thought. You allow what seems like magic or good luck to others, but to you, someone who KNOWS who they are, magic and miracles are normal and expected.
YOU ARE A SORCERESS. You direct and wield the love and boundless energy of the universe via your gaze, both internal and external. Your attention is your instrument. What you focus on is MAGNIFIED but your attention to it. You know this. And so you choose what you magnify for the purposes of love, PLEASURE, joy, thrill, fulfillment and satisfaction.
YOU ARE A SORCERESS. Your magic powers are freedom and choice. Your FREEDOM to think about anything you want and your ability to CHOOSE the thoughts you think. You KNOW you can be, do or have anything you desire. You KNOW you can have it all. Because it is the power of a limitless universe that flows through you. That IS YOU.
YOU ARE A SORCERESS. You DIRECT the energy that creates, and is, EVERYTHING. You direct it deliberately and FIERCELY towards what you desire. You do it with EASE, You do it with INTENTION. You do it ON PURPOSE.
YOU ARE A SORCERESS. Tapped into that which is bigger than you. Connected to, and one and the same, with the highest good and love for all. You LET it flow to and though you. You open your arm outwards and allow yourself to RECEIVE ALL THAT IS STREAMING TO YOU.
YOU ARE A SORCERESS. You FEEL IT in your veins, your bones, your heart. You PROJECT it outwards towards whatever you decide to create and experience. YOU RADIATE LOVE and whatever is the object of your gaze benefits immediately and immensely.
YOU ARE A SORCERESS. Bright. Luminous. Grounded. Sure. Expansive. Passionate. Eager. POWERFUL. And deeply DEEPLY loving.
YOU ARE A SORCERESS.
Who are you here to BE?
And by BE I mean, who you all ready ARE, deep down.
What inside you, what can you FEEL, is the true, full, BIG you?
I am A LEADER by my example.
I am a powerful and purposeful FACILITATOR.
I am a mentor, a guide.
I am a woman with a deep, sure BURNING message of truth to share.
(And much much more)
And why is that important?
Because I can’t be as happy or fulfilled as I desire to be if I am NOT leading.
I can’t be as satisfied and ALIVE as I desire to be if I a NOT speaking and sharing my message.
I can’t BE as joyous and passionate as I can be if I am not mentoring, guiding, teaching, speaking, writing.
I can not feel as INCREDIBLE as I can, if I am not BEING all that I am.
And neither can YOU.
Your happiness depends on how much you are embracing and allowing all that you have become.
You will know to what degree you ARE being your full, true self by how you feel. The better you feel, the more in line and in sync you are with yourself.
And why is THAT important?
Because you serve no one by playing small.
You serve no one by not being as full of JOY, PASSION AND PURPOSE as you are capable of being.
The world needs YOU to be all you can be. Because what you have you can give. What you ARE, you can flow out limitlessly into the world.
And the world can only benefit from more love, joy, purpose, passion and fulfillment.
You benefit no one by being less than incredibly HAPPY, ON PURPOSE, ABUNDANT, ENERGIZED, LOVE FILLED.
You, yes YOU, benefit EVERYONE, when you are.
So who are you?
And will you let yourself live it?
A client today told me how she had an important task that needed doing but was initially OVERWHELMED and hesitant at the thought of organizing and paying for it.
So she put the task on the back-burner of her mind temporarily and focused instead on the tasks that felt easy and ENJOYABLE for her to complete at the time.
And a short while later, the task was DONE.
With no hard EFFORT on her part.
Out of the blue, someone she had a meeting with offered to get the task done for her and it would be their pleasure to help her out. Some perfect timing then led to the task not only being completed quickly and easily by this person, but to a level that exceeded her expectations and at NO cost.
It all happened in a way she couldn’t have imagined. It was effortless, efficient and easy.
THAT, dear one, IS THE WAY LIFE IS MEANT TO BE.
It’s NATURAL for things to come naturally.
It’s NORMAL for life to be working out for you.
It’s not LUCK or COINCIDENCE,
It’s the natural OUTCOME of being in alignment with your true, whole, highest self.
Of ALLOWING the support, love and well-being that is ALWAYS flowing to you.
This client, instead of pushing herself to take action on the task when it felt difficult and hard, she chose to LET GO of needing to orchestrate the action steps herself and let the guidance and support of the universe assist her.
She focused instead on what felt fun and easy.
And her external world shifted to reflect that.
The seemingly complicated task was transformed to mirror the ease and efficiency she felt.
She CHOSE her energy state. She CHOSE ease. She CHOSE joy.
YOU can make that choice too.
It’s natural for things to be unfolding perfectly for you.
