You sometimes make it so hard on yourself. You sometimes make it so complicated, this deliberate life creation stuff. You get so caught up in what you feel you need to do, what you hear from others, the various processes and tools and concepts you could implement, that you end up doing little, if ANY, of it.
You forget often how really simple it is. How EASY it can be. Can you let it be simple? Can you let it be easy? It’s OK for it to be simple and easy. It really is. (more…)
What you would do differently if you had what you desired right now?
THAT is the path to it!
Sometimes your makeup brushes can be like magic wands, I realized as I was applying my blush and mascara today.
That an intentional practice of caring for and doting on ourselves can make huge shifts in the manifestation of our desires. Of how we create and allow our dream lives to unfold like magic.
You see, part of being a courtesan of life, of being in this fun, sensual, playful, powerful energy state that naturally attracts a life I absolutely love,
Is adorning myself. Is treating myself like the worthy, gorgeous queen I am. This often translates into applying makeup even if I never leave the house. Or using beauty products I enjoy. Or dressing in certain clothing.
Not because I have to. Not because I feel less than without my adornment but because my adornment is about celebrating and adoring myself. It is embodying the person I really am. Which IS a queen. A powerful sorceress of energy. A courtesan of life.
It is about creating a mood of what it is I enjoy and what I want to manifest more of in my life.
It is about focus.

I have had the same discussion come up multiple times now with a few clients (which must be reflecting something in me, but will get that point later.)
The conversation starts off with being asked if we can really create anything we desire.
Which of course we can.
But I can sense the (valid but) superficiality of this question a mile away; something deeper is going on. (more…)

Happiness isn’t really a CHOICE if some of your emotions are deemed wrong or inappropriate.
In those instances, happiness becomes the RIGHT choice and any negative emotions becomes a WRONG choice. And it is not freedom of choice if there are inherently right or wrong choices. ALL your feelings are valid. ALL your emotions are acceptable and right.
And from that place of understanding, we can make a true free choice about how we prefer to feel.
Have had an interesting pattern pop up over the last couple of days.
I would find a new source of information and those new-to-me ideas and concepts would throw me into a worry and doubt filled tail spin.
I binged on the new information
It used to happen a lot with health information. I would be feeling pretty sure and confident in how I would be progressing with what I was eating. Then I would read a book or article that often opposed that I was doing with convincing information and testimonials.
I would proceed to binge watch and read all about the new info until I was totally confused and feeling awful as I felt unsure, conflicted and unable to take a step forward due to over analysis. And in the last 2 days, this pattern arose again. This time, not with food info but with spiritual teachings.
As much as I enjoy opening my mind to new ways of seeing or approaching things, I was surprised how much it threw me. Threw me right off my good feeling vibe and down into the muddy waters of now I don’t know WHAT to think. Do. Believe! I felt paralyzed with doubt and fear.
And part of this I recognize as a good thing. It’s helpful to be triggered or to have your awareness expanded or have ingrained beliefs challenged and examined. Well, it’s all good really. All emotions and feelings are valid.Nevertheless, I felt confused and crappy. And I didn’t like it.
I drifted away from my own guidance into confusion and overwhelm
I quickly realized it wasn’t because the information may have been different or new or conflicting, I felt crappy because I deviated from my OWN inner information. My own intuition. My own clarity that comes from feeling what resonates truly and beautifully with me. My soul. My higher self. I drifted from my alignment.
What I was listening to was unhelpful to me. Not because the information wasn’t valid, but because it made me doubt my own knowing.
So I stopped the binge watching and reading. Acknowledged and noticed my lack of clarity and my fear that I was living my life, and therefore that I, was wrong. I let these feelings be. Without pushing them down. And then I asked myself: what do I know. What feels true to ME. What do I feel the resonance of truth with.
I tuned back into my own intuition.
And it reminded me that I believe in love. In unconditional acceptance and love. In the following of joy. In the belief that ultimately I am my own authority as I have my OWN connection to spirit/infinite intelligence.
(Which is ultimately what the teachings I were listening to were pointing to anyway)
So, my message to you today is the same as I give myself (as always. You know I write these post to process my own stuff right? 🙂 )
Take in new info, sure. Be open and willing to examine your beliefs.
But feel free to take or leave what is helpful based on what feels true and right for YOU (including this message.).
Connect with your OWN knowing. You own inner compass.
And I give you full permission to disregard what doesn’t deeply resonate with you.
Giving myself this permission too.
Today, I found such relief in the knowing that what is happening right here, right now is temporary. Not only temporary but an essential part of my journey to where I want to be and what I want to do in life.
Where you are right now is an essential part of your journey.
How do I know it is essential? Because it’s HAPPENING. I am living it. It must be a step on my journey because I am where I am and there is no going back and eliminating this step, my CURRENT step on my path. It’s here. That moment has passed now, so it’s a part of my journey. Oh and here is a new moment. Woop, that one just passed too. Therefore that was another step on my path. YOUR LIFE RIGHT HERE AND NOW IS A PERFECT AND NECESSARY STEP ON YOUR PATH. All is well. You are not off track.
Where you are right now is temporary
Where I am is part of my journey. And where I am is also TEMPORARY. Nothing in our lives is forever. Each and every thing is temporary and is in fact, constantly changing (it just often changes to something very similar until we change our internal state enough to create external changes we can easily recognize as different. Parallel realities and physics people. Google multiverse if you are so inclined).
So I asked myself, if where I am is temporary and necessary and OK and just IS what it IS AND I know that what I desire is not only possible but a DONE DEAL vibrationally (Yo! The universe knows what you want and has that all done and sorted for you)…
Knowing all that, What would I do?
Well, I would chill for one. Secondly, because its temporary (and it’s HAPPENING whether I want it or not), I might as well just enjoy it as it is right now.
Like being on an airplane on the way to a holiday destination. Now, I don’t really like to fly. It’s OK but I would defiantly prefer to skip the plane bit and be teleported instead (haven’t quite managed to manifest that ability yet 😉). I do however accept it as a necessary and temporary part of my journey. And so I do my best to make the most of it. To focus on what I DO enjoy. The being able to sit back and do nothing. Read a book. Daydream. I appreciate my journey being taken care of as I relax and allow myself to be carried across the sky.
Making the most of where you are is key
And that is the KEY. Making the MOST of where you are right now. Meaning, feel the best you can feel in your here and now moment. And no, that is not just some a nice sounding sentiment, it is SUPER important, 1. Because it feels better to do so (and all we really want it to feel good in our lives) and 2. because how you feel is what CREATES your life.
You see, if you don’t make the most of your now moment, if you don’t deliberately alter your emotional state, that is your vibrational state, towards what you prefer it to be INDEPENDENTLY of this temporary and necessary circumstance, nothing can change.
Your life reflects your internal state
Your life is a REFLECTION of your internal state. So whatever you are feeling in response to your here and now is what you are attracting and allowing more of into your life. You’ve GOT to make the most of where you are in order for where you are to shift and change to what you PREFER it to be.
And you always have a choice. You can hate the plane trip, or you can enjoy it a little more. And sure, liking the plane ride doesn’t mean you will magically manifest being at your chosen destination instantly, but it DOES positively impact what happens on the rest of your journey to the degree that you can shift and maintain your positive feeling emotion.
I find KNOWING that the situation is temporary and OK (as it is obviously a necessary part of my journey) is enough to start shifting any negative feeling I have about my current life in the direction of feeling good.
Where you are is merely a reflection of your past thoughts.
Knowing that I am still on my path and that my here and now is simply a reflection of my past thoughts, beliefs and vibrational state and need not impact, or be an indication of, what I am manifesting in the future, feels good.
These ideas are soothing to me. They help me shift towards a state of being that benefits me not only right now, but in a multitude of ways in my future as my life circumstances reflect how I am feeling.
So to recap, and message summed up for you:
Where you are is OK.
Your current circumstance is TEMPORARY.
You are not off your path.
You are where you are.
It WILL change.
Do the best you can to make the most of it and feel a little better right now.

Wearing clothes you don’t really like. Doing jobs you would REALLY prefer not to. Eating foods you wish you weren’t. Living your day to day life in a way that feels like “URGH! This is NOT what I really want to do. This is NOT how I want to live my life”.
“This slightly (or hugely) dissatisfied, flat feeling, uninspired person is NOT WHO I REALLY AM!”
And you would be right.
It’s NOT who you really are.
And therein lies some powerful truth that can help you:
1. Feel better and more at peace with how things are in your here and now
and 2. Shift you focus so you can start to change things for the better.
Pull out some paper or a file on your phone or computer and try out this 3 ‘S’ process: State. Soothe. Shift.
Write down what is happening right now that isn’t how you want it to be, or a situation that comes up a lot. State what is happening and/or describe what emotional STATE you are in
Example – “Right now, I am having to clean my home in my spare time when there are SO many things I would rather be doing.”
– “I often worry and overthink money and about not having enough.”
– “I am feeling flat and uninspired.”
Write ‘AND’, and add some soothing, gentle, general responses to that which highlight the temporary, changeable nature of your here and now.
Example: “I often worry and overthink money and about not having enough and that’s OK. It’s where I am right now. It’s not big deal. It does pass. I don’t ALWAYS feel worried.”
Shift your focus onto who you really ARE. You see, the reason you feel crappy about ANYTHING is because it is out of alignment with the TRUTH of who you really are. You wouldn’t feel badly unless the real you wasn’t different to who you are being at this moment.
So, knowing this, add to your above statement’s “because who I really am is….”
Example: – “I often worry and overthink money and about not having enough and that’s OK. It’s where I am right now. It’s not big deal. It does pass. I don’t ALWAYS feel worried because who I REALLY AM, is a prosperous, wealthy, abundant woman. Who I really am is someone who is positive and trusting and at ease about money. “
– “I am feeling flat and uninspired and that is temporary and will change because who I really am is an intuitive, creative and productive being. Who I really am is a person who is connected to the stream of energy that makes up everything, and who is connected to an endless source of fun, interesting and good feeling ideas”
How you are feeling is OK. Where you are is all right and simply a step on your journey. Let the feeling of relief wash over you as you release needing to FIX what is happening right now.
Let the sensation of EASE and LIGHTNESS set in as you realize that your current feelings or situation is temporary and always changing in reflection of your current thoughts and beliefs.
Let the feeling of TRUTH and EMPOWERMENT sink in as you re-connected with the power of who you really are: An eternal, loved, worthy, powerful, creative being who can be/do/have anything you desire.
You can’t make positive changes when we are pushing back against and being annoyed at how we don’t want things to be.
I find this process super beneficial in both making peace with where I am (read: stopping the mental push back!) and connecting me with my real, higher self which then allows me to naturally choices that are more aligned with that.

What would you do if you knew your dreams were certain?
Done. Created. In existence. Coming. Sorted. Given.
What would you do? How would you feel? How would you BE?
You would relax. You would chill out. You would feel calm.You wouldn’t worry about whether what you desire will happen or not. You wouldn’t be concerned with how or when or where all you want would come from.. You would just feel sure. And excited. You would rest in the knowledge that all your dreams are DONE.
You would talk and think about whats coming because it feels fun and exciting to do so. You wouldn’t do it in order to MAKE what you want happen. You would just let yourself feel good in thinking about what is a SURE thing. You would focus on it because it feels great to do so.
You would enjoy your moment here and now. You would appreciate and take pleasure in the parts of your life that you currently feel positive about. You would accept the things that you feel more negatively about. Knowing that it is all part of the journey. Knowing that this is temporary and changing. You would let yourself love your life as it was. Because you might as well. It’s where you are. You know it’s going to change into more and more of how you desire it to be, so there is no need to feel impatient or resentful or worried about how things are. You might as well feel good. NOW.
You would do more of what feels enjoyable to you. You wouldn’t worry if what you do will lead to anything worthwhile because you KNOW what you want is coming, you don’t have to evaluate each and everything you do for what result it ‘ought to create. You would do things for the joy of them. For the thrill of them. For the fun of it.
You wouldn’t let anyone convince you that your dreams aren’t real or possible. You wouldn’t let how things look or what others have experienced impact on what you KNOW is created and coming for you. You would feel certain and sure. You would simply listen (or not) to what they have to say then promptly ignore their input and re connect with YOUR inner belief and knowing. You would put your blinders on and focus on your own path. You own creation.
Well, your dreams ARE certain. Done. Created. In existence. Coming. Sorted. Given.
You CAN feel that way if you choose to. You can live your life from a place of that knowing. And the cool thing is, when you do feel sure, relaxed, do things for the fun of it, focus on your own path, trust and chill, you are in the state of being that ALLOWS all that you desire to flow into your life.
Being in that knowing, sure, excited, eager, appreciative, good feeling vibration is what lets all that you have created on an energetic level, show up in your life at just the right time.
Choosing to feel that about your dream life is HOW you MANIFEST your dream life.
And you can practice feeling that way today.
- You could write a list of what you appreciate about your here and now.
- When a worried thought comes up, you could notice and say to yourself, “I don’t have to worry about this right now. I can choose to think about ANYTHING I want. And I choose to think about how nice my breakfast was today (insert any other easy, playful, nice subject)”
- You could write a list of what feels fun things that you could experience in your life. Not to MAKE them happen, but just for the good feeling of pondering them.
- You could say gentle things to yourself in your head like “this is just temporary” or “Everything is working out” or “I am doing OK, things are flowing and changing”
You could do any number of things that help YOU feel how it feels to know all you desire is known, created and being delivered.
And these steps may seem simple (and they are). This stuff IS simple. And it is powerful. YOU are powerful. Your power is in the ENERGY you bring. In the emotional state you cultivate.
For when you choose and create the belief that all you desire is done and coming,
All you desire can come AND you get to enjoy where you right now, as it does.

I don’t think you really get it.
How POWERFUL, how IMPORTANT, how EVERYTHING your now moment is.
I don’t think it’s really hitting you the way it ought to .
And that’s OK, you are allowed not to get it.
But don’t you WANT to?
Don’t you WANT to really understand and realize how MIGHTY you’re here and now, present feeling, present state, present vibration IS.
Because what you are doing now (and now, and now…) is what you are attracting more of.
What you are thinking now, what you are feeling now, what you are believing now, doing now, speaking now, expecting now, accepting now.
Your NOW is creating your next moment. Your day. Your LIFE.
And you may worry, Oh no, I have had so many crappy nows’. I had a really negative feeling now just a moment ago. I had a bad day yesterday. There was this thing that happened years ago and it was really fucking hard and was a whole shit storm of now moments that were crap. I am screwed!
And to that I say,
You aren’t broken. You aren’t damaged. You aren’t stuck.
Not to say that doesn’t matter in the way that yes, it does have some impact on what it EASIER for you to think, believe and feel,
But it doesn’t matter in that way that it doesn’t EFFECT the power and possibility of your NOW and the future you can create.
That is what I mean by saying your NOW is so important.
You see, those crappy moments, even if they JUST happened, are ALL READY in the past. They are all ready done and gone. You are ALL READY in a new NOW moment. Now and Now and NOW.
You can say, so what!? To those past moments.
Because you choose to know that all that really matter is what you choose now,
What thought you choose NOW ( you can CHOOSE a thought you know)
What direction you choose to lean towards NOW (feeling better or feeling worse)
What you decide to say out loud NOW (or the choice to say nothing at all and not put any more energy into words that’s won’t help you).
What I am really trying to say is,
Your past, whether that be you childhood or your year so far or 2 minutes ago, does NOT affect what is POSSIBLE and what you CAN create and allow into your life.
You can get to where you want to go from wherever you are.
But you HAVE to choose to head there.
You have to choose a NOW that is DIFFERENT, if only slightly (because that’s often all you can do, and THAT IS ENOUGH), from the previous now that created THIS now moment.
You’ve got to change your now moment FIRST in order to change ANYTHING (and EVERYTHING).
All your power is in your now.
Will you use it?
It’s OK to make it easy on yourself. To let it be EASY to feel happy.
I know you are learning that can CHOOSE to be happy and you are practicing not NEEDING things to be a certain way in order to feel good.
But that doesn’t mean you can’t walk the easy path.
Doesn’t mean you can’t go for that swim or buy that thing or get that massage or say no to that social event or eat that food if it HELPS you to feel better.
You don’t have to just leave things as they ARE or do things you really don’t want to do because you think you SHOULD be able to just do them and make yourself feel happy no matter what.
TAKE THE EASY ROAD. Take the fun road. Take the pleasurable road.
Do what feels good! It’s OK! It’s OK to have preferences and things you DON’T like.
And it’s OK to choose to avoid those food or places or people or tasks that don’t lend to you feeling wonderful.
Of course, don’t KID YOURSELF that it’s the dress or the phone or the relationship or the different job or the superfood or the trip away that MAKES you feel amazing. That you MUST HAVE it in order to be happy.
Don’t TRAP YOURSELF into believing you NEED certain circumstances or objects to feel how you want to feel.
Don’t BE one of THOSE people who thinks they will be happy WHEN….. (more…)
